Our Core Team

With a family background in building and home improvement, Jon has been immersed in the industry for most of his life. He approaches every project with the same rigour, having helped hundreds of clients transform their homes into more liveable spaces.

Ty’s role is centred on the effective management and development of the business. He is always looking for ways to work more efficiently, refine Floorheat’s internal processes and improve how the company operates.

As our lead engineer, Josh brings a strong understanding of both plumbing and heating to the team. He is currently working towards his Gas Safe qualification and enjoys taking on new challenges.

Cam joined the team most recently and works alongside Josh. Since joining Floorheat, he has successfully completed the first year of his apprenticeship and built a solid foundation of skills and experience.
